Which data Data Gravity processes, who it is shared with, and how it is protected.

Last updated October 29, 2026

01Who we are

Data Gravity is a corporate AI-transformation tool offered at algoritmikhaller.space: it shows a company's departments, tasks and the data they share on a single map. The service is currently in closed beta.

Data Gravity is operated by Ali Erhan Tamer, an individual, who is the data controller. Contact: alierhan@algoritmikhaller.ai.

02Data we process

  • Account: your e-mail address. If you sign in with Google, the basic profile details Google shares (name, profile picture). No password is stored; sign-in is a one-time link sent by e-mail, or Google.
  • Workspace content: the company descriptions, interview notes and transcripts, maps, workshop records and reports you write or upload. They are visible only inside the workspace they belong to.
  • Participants: people who join a workshop or interview with a code are asked for a name and a department. No e-mail is needed and the session is anonymous.
  • Audio: the "Describe your company" recording and voice dictation are converted to text. The audio file is deleted once the transcript is produced; only the text (as you corrected it) is kept. If your browser's own dictation is used, the audio goes to your browser vendor (Google, in Chrome) and never passes through our server.
  • Technical: session cookies for sign-in and a bot-protection token (Cloudflare Turnstile). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies or an analytics tool; our hosting provider may keep ordinary server logs.

03Google user data

If you choose Continue with Google, Data Gravity signs you in through Google Sign-In. We request only the basic identity scopes (openid, email and profile), so the Google user data we receive is limited to your Google account e-mail address, your name and your profile picture. We request no other Google data: no Gmail, Drive, Calendar, contacts or any other Google service.

  • Why: to identify you, sign you in and show your name in the app. We do not use Google user data for advertising.
  • Where it is kept: in our authentication database (Supabase), together with the rest of your account. It is shared only with the service providers listed below, and only as needed to run the service.
  • Retention and deletion: kept while your account exists. Ask for deletion at alierhan@algoritmikhaller.ai. You can also withdraw Data Gravity's access at any time in your Google Account under Security → Third-party access.

04Service providers

To run the service, the relevant parts of the data are sent to, or stored with, the following providers:

  • Supabase — database, authentication and file storage, hosted in Frankfurt, Germany (EU, eu-central-1).
  • Vercel — application hosting; our server functions run in Frankfurt, Germany (fra1).
  • Anthropic — the AI model (Claude). Your company description, notes and map are sent to the model to produce suggestions and drafts.
  • ElevenLabs — speech-to-text for recordings and the assistant's spoken voice.
  • Resend — delivery of sign-in e-mails (through Supabase).
  • Cloudflare (Turnstile) — bot protection. Google — only if you choose "Continue with Google".
  • The Org — org-chart import, started only by the platform administrator.

Each provider processes the data under its own terms, only to run the service for us.

05AI and your data

Every node, suggestion and text produced by AI stays an assumption until approved. Participant views, AI suggestions, votes and measured data are kept separate. Sample models and synthetic activity are labelled everywhere.

You are responsible for having the right to enter any third party's personal data into your workspace.

06Purposes and legal basis

We process data to provide the service (sign-in, map and workshop generation, reports), to keep it secure and to prevent abuse. The legal basis is that processing is necessary to provide the service you ask for and for our legitimate interest in keeping it secure (KVKK art. 5(2)(c) and (f)).

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with anyone other than the service providers listed above, which process it only to run the service for us, or where the law requires it.

07Retention and deletion

Account and workspace data are kept until your account is deleted. You can ask for your data to be deleted at alierhan@algoritmikhaller.ai; we fulfil deletion requests within 30 days.

08Your rights (KVKK)

Under Turkey's Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to its processing and, where applicable, have it transferred. Send your request to alierhan@algoritmikhaller.ai; we reply within 30 days. You can also complain to Turkey's Personal Data Protection Board (KVKK Kurulu).

09Security

Access to data is limited by row-level authorisation tied to your session, and the application does not expose its secret keys to the browser. During the closed beta, sign-in is limited to invited e-mail addresses. No system is absolutely secure; if you notice a problem, write to us.
