Terms

The terms that apply while you use Data Gravity during the closed beta.

Last updated October 29, 2026

01The service

Data Gravity is a tool that shows a company's departments, tasks and the data they share on an interactive map, and lets you start workshops from it. It is offered as a closed beta: features may change and outages may occur.

02Account and access

  • During the beta, signing in as a moderator is limited to invited e-mail addresses. An invitation can be withdrawn; a withdrawn account can no longer use the AI features.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account safe (your sign-in link or Google account).
  • People who join a workshop or interview with a code do so without creating an account.

03Your content

The content you enter (descriptions, notes, transcripts, maps) is yours. You confirm that you have the right to upload or share it.

To provide the service, the relevant parts of your content are sent to AI and speech providers; details are on the Privacy page.

04AI output

  • Every node, suggestion and report text that is generated stays an assumption until approved. It does not replace a decision, and checking its accuracy is your responsibility.
  • Sample models and synthetic activity are not real measurements and are labelled as such. Numbers in reports derive from the model; they are not a promise of measured benefit.
  • Participant views, AI suggestions, votes and measured data are kept separate.

05Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, to infringe others' rights, or with data you have no right to share.
  • Unauthorised access attempts, circumventing security measures and automated bulk requests are prohibited; daily usage allowances are limited.
  • In case of abuse, access may be closed without prior notice.

06Intellectual property

The service's software, design and brand belong to the operator, Ali Erhan Tamer, and to the licensors of any third-party components. We claim no rights in your content.

07Warranty and liability

The beta is provided "as is"; we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the beta; nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

08Changes, ending and governing law

These terms may be updated; the date at the top shows the last update. You can stop using the service at any time; to have your data deleted see Privacy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul are competent. Contact: alierhan@algoritmikhaller.ai.
